anyway, I'm not putting high hopes... What if we got it wrong, L1 might be the worst level... haha

like buying lottery, L1, L2, L3, L4....waiting for developer to announce the winner..

Whether your parking is at L1 or L4, it does not make any significant difference. You just need to drive up a few more ramps, that's all. Looking at the bright side, if the lift is malfunction, L4 parking has more advantages. You do not need to walk 3 more levels to reach your car.

It depends on the car park drive way design. Some car park will make you spin a big round to go to the next level, some will make you spin small round (lagi pening !) to go to next level but I have come across one which is good, from GF to the highest park floor, it's one way straight, you just do a T turn at your floor.

When lift malfunctions, every is bad, don't care which floor your car is. I don't see why L4 should be better.

Huh. I confuse bro.

I never say L4 is better. What I meant is that getting a carpark at L4 or L1 does not make a very big difference. Of course, if you have car park at L1, you have the convenience of parking your car daily. Lift malfunction is not frequent, but if it does happen, walking extra 4 levels (assuming it has 4 levels of carpark and your carpark is at level 1) for someone who maybe is staying at high level does make a different. Nevertheless, this is something to comfort those who have their carparks at level 4, hehe

In fact im quite curious how developer allocate cp to buyers as to my basic understanding premium units should command better location but in this project our bro here managed to get L1 despite purchasing smaller units (probably due to his fibre optic cable vs our copper line)?

Hi sifus.... I'm KR1 buyer but can I join this thread. It is so happening compared to KR1 thread. Not many KR1 buyers is it????

The units with higher premium would command better car park lots. Some would even get next to the lift area. But remember tat every floor of L1-4, contain of both tandem and individual parkings. So, it wouldnt be surprise if Type A buyers would get their parking at L1 esp those Lvl 3A, 13A or 23A buyers, together with some Type B low floor buyers who got Tandem instead of Individual.

The allocation of individual car parks are even much more than tandem parking bcz all big units ( all Type C, garden units regardless Type A, B or C, Type A and B with higher premium of double lanai are getting individual instead of tandem parking.

At the end of the day, not all will get the parking lots they desired.

Probably KR1 buyers are too rich n no time to become LYN member. Most of them are dev relatives, friends and associates. Moreover, KR1 is only half of KR2, so not surprise to see KR2 thread more hotter than KR1 thread.

Hahaha Bro, I think you have to draw a diagram because there's still confusion.

You are right, sounds like someone else now seems to be confused with the location of L1,L2,L3&L4.

Firstly I don't there will be seperate car park lift. It's the same lift which serves the car park and your residential unit.

When lift fails and you have to walk up your own unit, L1 will still have advantage over L4.

You are right because L1 still higher while L4 is at the lowest floor / Guardhouse Level. From the plan I don't see seperate lifts, don't think developer will pay extra to install service lift purely for carpark level.

Guys, don't stress yourself over all these matter, it's weekend, lets enjoy!!!
