can i know what kind of hotel ? If branded hotel then the price of near by will increase. But heard that exsim also have another project next to kiara it that true?

It's a single row of 3 storey building, I highly doubt they can squeeze out 30 rooms even for a boutique hotel. Also since when the community hall became Surau?

If u drive along the highway... Near the LRT there.. U can see a mosque (maybe is big surau) , is it the one u all mentioning here ?

That piece of land is very big.. AEON could not have taken the whole piece of land... Guess there would be another mixed development there if it really going to happen.

new LRT coach for Ampang Line..

good news they choose to get a new one rather than refurbish the old ones.. good thing about the coach is tat passenger can walk through to different cars so that load can b easily distributed than before..

but they still maintain 6 cars per train.. i was expecting more..
built by CSR.. i m still skeptical about china built trains.. look at the new KTM kommuter train which also make in china, the windows are always shattered, suspect they use substandard materials..

hope it is quieter and hope for the best..

Drove past KR1 again today. I must say the paint is looking worse. AT this rate, give it another year and the building is gonna look bad. We really need to do something to make sure it doesnt happen with KR2

What happened at the paint bro?

I drove past almost everyday, found it okay, just the building design not that spectacular and almost looked like medium end medium cost apartment except some of the intern quality and facilities area. But RM 300 psf back then, nothing much to shout more d.

KR2 is given eco friendly paint but was told it would be different from the KR1. Not sure whether KR1 was eco friendly paint too.

As i mentioned before, the paint was diluted too much. And now after some time, the effects are being seen. Go closely and see. You can clearly see that the paint has been diluted quite a bit. The stains are already very clear also. Soon the paint will start to peel and come off then the whole building will look dilapidated.

Trust me.

If look from far, I can see the paint ( last Nov ) a bit stronger than current but thought the previous colour really look like medium cost aparment until they added on some white slide on its rear building.

I hope KR2 would be better due to more glass appealing like ZR.
