Can it collect rental of RM 5,000? Very unlikely but I still hope TAz can be sold out to make KR2 is damm f great buy or it's a fact that BJ do not reach such peak of RM 700-800 psf just yet ......

I am more keen to know more of The Rainz more than TAz bcz it is more direct comparison of KR2 ( location, not pricing ) and TR looks much classy .....

Let's wait and see for the response of the TAz and soon to be VP Covillea which is asking RM 550-650 psf ....
totally agreed, If i am capable to buy TAz, i rather go for KM1 blush.gif

By looking at the signboard picture of TAz beside kesas, its outlook really dont attract me at all.
