Yeah, it had been a sexcitement since the earlier announcement of more than 6 months ago.
If I can remember correctly, it comprises mass market shopping mall ( a very similar type and size with Paradigm Mall as well as the tenants ), service apartments, office blocks and linked with SOHO, shop-offices as well as, medium to higher end residential landed.
It will definitely hots up the area of Bkt Jalil / Bkt OUG / OUG / Sri Petaling / Kuchai Lama enclave once the development had reached it's 50% maturity. Earlier said, the shopping mall's schedule would be complete at the year of 2017.
And also, Jalil City's Aurora Place commercial hub was getting hot and will be another stage once Malton throw out their products end of this year onwards. The Phase 1 of the Jalil City by Ho Hup would be tentatively begins at 2015 and 20% of the whole development would be matured by 2017.
And, Berjaya Mixed Development is coming soon, tentatively July 2013.
