If we can see the structure of L4 and L3 sooner, I think 2 years is more than enough to complete the building structure of 5 storey car parks + 30 storey condo like what KR1 status now. Yes, KR1 has an edge due to lower density of 360 units although it was a lot cheaper than KR2 by RM 80-100 psf due to 2011vs2012 pricing and quality difference. IMO, number is one thing but timing is crucial role. For me, low density and high density, actually both has it's pro and con upon subsales later, but the current timing and catalyst of KR2 is more favourable ahead of KR1, which schedule to complete by Dec 2013, without the new access road. New access? Which one you mean? The new access road linked from Jalan Jalil Perkasa, 2 lanes each for entry and exit ( by LRT company) towards Jalan Awan Cina would be completed once the LRT construction is completed by late 2014 or early 2015, but was told the operation might be delay to 2015. Meanwhile, Trinity will another another new road from behind, linking Bkt Jalil - Kinrara Highway to Bkt Oug and should be completed by the time of Z Residence VP by middle of 2014. |
