wow, seems like the price has increased a lot. i bought mine at RM440+ psf but with front back car park at L1.

looking forward that we could earn more after 3 years from now. cheers!!

any new launches nowadays which is good for investment during this period?

im gonna stay at KR2...until maybe after pavilion 2 has be constructed then only sell off.
