Then if like dat no point really to study master right? Example normal ppl come out work age 23. Then start salary fresh grad is 2.4k average. Every increase 10% when reach age 28 is around 3.8k. Plus promotion cos work so long will be around 5k - 6k.

Study master 2 yrs will just come out start salary 3k then no chance promotion cos not enuff working exp and depend on increment maybe reach like my fren 4k. hmm.gif

10% is rare case in some company like Sony or Flextronics, should be 0%-10%

As there is a chinese saying, a person compare with another person will eventually die. If both person the same age work as the same position but one is skillfull and the other is not. Can they have the same salary?
*
Yeah...especially skill in mouth. I saw too much of each example. All you need a low tech skill and high in verbal skill. Good lesson for me.

If I was you, I won't change the job so fast, as you can said you have earn lots of new experience, company also exposed you, but what is the issued that let you wanna change the job? in term of salary? I advice is that you still young and can earn quite ok for salary compare to others, and the job give you flexible time as well.

You only have working there for few months (6 months), lack of experience so most of companies will look for your experiences

Maybe you have something wrong with this job?

Probably you can work until one year experience (only few months left, right) then only think about change a job

I think this is better for staff who work in a company for a year, but not for few months exp

Some more, you can have the bonus in that company as well. thumbup.gif

No. You don't really go offshore with a consultant because you're office based. You might be referring to engineers within offshore contractor companies. I had higher offshore allowance in a month more than my basic with my previous contractor company. But then again I wasn't offshore every month back to back.

I see...so this do indicate I'm underpay. Since that was few years ago with all the inflation, the salary at my experience should be higher. felixmask, I was kinda lost in my way. As an experience person in my field, can you advice based on your experience? Should I keep doing it or.. icon_question.gif
