far good average ppl now. Im doing IT cover mountain and cover sea , include from s/w design , development . SIT, UAT , Implementation(paper works) and Posts deplopment project ..also..alone..Paid only rm5k . Any delay - the fault under me(Drag down KPI), hair grey writing code(Insurance backend system), and dealing with pointing horse collegues . 8 yr Exp writing COBOL and production support concurrent with project implementation . Ask for paid rise...boss reject.

Study public university or even TAR college, the only position they offer at beginning still a fresh graduate entry salary.

To get the job hv to see how u charm/impress the interviewer what you hv and learn regards from WHERE you graduate. Degree holder is very common and each year XXXX number graduate come out to find job.

Focus and excellent where you study in exam; that how HR will see your grade evaulate with among candidates.

Juz my opinion noting wrong where you study but what you learn and archieve from the college/university.



My question: Should ask yourself how to get this XXXXX paid for this XXXXX post, working is earning butter and bread end of the month.

alot college/university claim they hv born XXXX ppl in job market. Are you the one can do extra ordinary ting and ppl notice you. Corporate world very cruel, you be working different kind of collegues, some are older age, higher post , taichi ppl, even Mr Bean type working ppl, so.......this the realy challenge to show your out perform and get paid XXXX.XX. How good you are, you may not get XXXXX.xx paid becoz in the company there is not alway you can challenge what your boss grade you..

You may consider the cost and You must be the Excellent in where you study.

Thinking so. Jump around also those Insurance company with same post. Except jump to manager post. What i want to share when working with end user company and you too good techinical the company wont appreciate much, becoz the mind set require your Management Talking skill(Pointing Horse & Polish shoe) impress the Top op management. Cobol is mature and those ppl claim to know COBOL rather give join as techincial and move to Manager. Manager alway 1 post - once join as manager will forget the techinical stuff.

we are like cheap labor, hv to wait boss to increase. You can demand, it how we open mouth to tell boss which is skill of negotiation . The work we done must hv worth need by company , becoz mature company treat employee is replaceable from open market. Is much easier to jump ship to get better paid, every year i praying my boss can give more than 5-7% increment.
Boss alwasy ask can they get the same work result of you with cheaper paid.

IT world meanz you need good in coding and solving problem, all depend your MIND set doing YES SIR and Einstein Genius, as long you can contribute more you able to ask for more. Noting come in free lunch. And noting is free work to a company/boss.

Do you like your job, how well you master your coding ? Do you like continue the same everyday?
You can IT programer for 7 year, 10 year......are you happy with your boss/company treating you?

Any job juz butter and bread of daily life. This is salary topic, there is not max salary you will get for you job,either improve yourself,aim for promotion else jump ship for better one salary if the current boss not a able justify for you.

Aim lah, the increment more then FD rate. If every year onli increase rm 100, but the food and other thing increase so much.

your agency didnt deduct but the company pay the agency more then what you received. In other words your agency earn $$ every month for your paid.
