Job Desciption : Model, analyse and design offshore structures
Years spent in company : 1+
Company : MNC Consultant
Industry : Oil and Gas
Tenure : Permanent
Employment Level : Graduate Engineer
Experience before joining : 1+ year (same industry different scope)
salary : RM 3.7k not including OT

No. You don't really go offshore with a consultant because you're office based. You might be referring to engineers within offshore contractor companies. I had higher offshore allowance in a month more than my basic with my previous contractor company. But then again I wasn't offshore every month back to back.

Coordinator? What is your qualification?

Options I can think of to improve salary:
1. Jump to another company.
2. Ask for position promotion.
3. Improve qualification if reached max salary for qualification bracket.
