Then if like dat no point really to study master right? Example normal ppl come out work age 23. Then start salary fresh grad is 2.4k average. Every increase 10% when reach age 28 is around 3.8k. Plus promotion cos work so long will be around 5k - 6k.

Study master 2 yrs will just come out start salary 3k then no chance promotion cos not enuff working exp and depend on increment maybe reach like my fren 4k.

As there is a chinese saying, a person compare with another person will eventually die. If both person the same age work as the same position but one is skillfull and the other is not. Can they have the same salary?

Being a Malaysian I work for a company in the KL. If you are interested, take a closer look on their website,  some of these companies are currently looking to take in new engineers for their branch in Malaysia.

Also, note that MCS is attached to JP Kenny (MCS is more on risers while JP Kenny is focused on pipeline system), 2H is part of Acteon and Intecsea is the subsea consultancy arm for WP. Not too sure Amec is still active but used to be in partnership with MMC a few years back.

There are many ... many more O&G consultancy firms, vendors, service provider , EPC, EPCI etc in the Malaysia. So should try not to restrict to the only few known names .  some of these companies might not be well known in the Malaysia but are world expert on their own field.

Seems like O&G co more likely to recruit engineer than finance ppl.
