But usually if they give you sign on bonus, you cannot resign within an x period or you will have to pay back in full or some companies are nice and allow on pro-rated basis.
They will mention this out as well on the offer letter.

Hi all,

Got an offer for LV1.5 NOC support for an Australian based IT/Managed services company. Am offered 3.5k basic + misc standard benefits for 2yrs of experience. Compared to my current job, it carries about a ~1x % increment. I get to do traveling claims in my current job and if I include the average claim/month, this new offer pays less.

I have pretty much made up my mind but would like to hear opinion from others.

If you have 20-30% jump from current salary. Then is a good jump. But most important is the career opportunity.

Such as how to you see yourself in 5 years time.

Is it a good call to jump if you were to be bond with new company?

Sign on bonus is not the "bonus" you are thinking. smile.gif
Nothing to do with your bonus or incentive. So, nothing will be deducted.

Up to you. smile.gif
I personally don't like to be bonded. smile.gif
