QUOTE(rukaman @ Oct 21 2013, 03:29 PM) But usually if they give you sign on bonus, you cannot resign within an x period or you will have to pay back in full or some companies are nice and allow on pro-rated basis. They will mention this out as well on the offer letter. |

Hi all,
Got an offer for LV1.5 NOC support for an Australian based IT/Managed services company. Am offered 3.5k basic + misc standard benefits for 2yrs of experience. Compared to my current job, it carries about a ~1x % increment. I get to do traveling claims in my current job and if I include the average claim/month, this new offer pays less. I have pretty much made up my mind but would like to hear opinion from others. |

Is it a good call to jump if you were to be bond with new company? |

QUOTE(rukaman @ Oct 22 2013, 09:57 AM) jitshiong, Sign on bonus is not the "bonus" you are thinking. They will pay a sum first then deduct my bonus later? fruitie, yeah, i think so, they told me may be bond about 2 years after accept the offer. Now waiting for the official offer letter. Is it a good call to jump if you were to be bond with new company? Nothing to do with your bonus or incentive. So, nothing will be deducted. Up to you. I personally don't like to be bonded.
