I know, that's why I'm working towards it. laugh.gif
All this while I'm in HR operations, only lately added another portfolio - SAP.
Still working on my proper certification. laugh.gif
I prefer to be in backend rather than frontline. tongue.gif

So, my salary is still based on frontline's range, not too bad I would say for now. tongue.gif

Good for you!
My current post also use SAP, but as end user.
Want to return to SAP career, but most of them are contract post.
That's why when my boss offered permanent post with slightly reduction in salary, I just accept it.
Plus, now I have wife & a daughter.
Permanent job is more secure for us.
