QUOTE(conqu3ror @ Sep 26 2013, 10:35 PM) The reason most company name employee executive is no need to give OT claim. This not only apply to manufacturing line, but other sector as well. Just hope your company if give replacement leave or time off for any extra hours work. If more than 12am tomorrow half day If more than 3am get full day off But if get back at 10pm no replacement/time off Dont understand, operation 24 hours exec also have to get OT.not only tech

QUOTE(kennethkee93 @ Oct 10 2013, 02:19 PM) Hi, anyone knows what is the average salary for a quantity surveyor with bachelor degree? QS basic usually 2.5k before confirm. after confirm depends on employer. But if your pointer is excellent, should demand more. Better go to consultant first then hop on to developer. You could reach 3.5k in 3 years of service.

QUOTE(jitshiong @ Oct 21 2013, 04:59 PM) That's nice. means they pay u a sum on the spot when u sign up with them QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 21 2013, 06:19 PM) But usually if they give you sign on bonus, you cannot resign within an x period or you will have to pay back in full or some companies are nice and allow on pro-rated basis. They will mention this out as well on the offer letter. jitshiong, They will pay a sum first then deduct my bonus later? fruitie, yeah, i think so, they told me may be bond about 2 years after accept the offer. Now waiting for the official offer letter. Is it a good call to jump if you were to be bond with new company?

QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 22 2013, 01:45 PM) Sign on bonus is not the "bonus" you are thinking. Nothing to do with your bonus or incentive. So, nothing will be deducted. Up to you. I personally don't like to be bonded. If that so I have no problem to be bond, if the company is big and stable :-) Thank you for the advise.
