Hi..cant brain anything already. Very confuse..so decided to get some opinion here.
Im working in citi. 2700 + 350 allowance for a year now.
Recently hlb offered me 3200 + 400 allowance and i accepted, now waiting for my 2 mth notice.
But citi counter offered me twice, rejected the 1st time now they offer again senior position and transfer to different branch. Salary wise almost same with hlb offer.

What i want to know is hlb working environment?better chance to growth or foreign bank remain better??

Problems: I just feel stuck in my current position. I can carry on working in this Company but god knows when will be the next promotion. Or could change job, but no company willing to pay higher salary as my experience consider useless in their company. Wat more worry tat my current salary cannot 'tanggung' my family if I get married...

Appreciate if any one can tell me is it worth staying on or wat path you will take otherwise? Thank you..

Yeah, cause the market is niche.... I can switch to other company with these needs, but like u said, it's accumulating unnecessary experience. I was thinking it maybe good for the coming FEW yrs, but say 10yrs down the road or more, I feel i am nothing much compared to a fresh graduate besides gaining the management skills which again I think not valued by other companies...

5k before 30's 

That will really depends in what sector/industry

I think it will be pretty easy to achieve by Sales/Marketing sector. Then will be professional field, Engineer, Accountant, Doctor, Lawyer, consultant  & etc. 
Other industry will quite hard to achieve 5k before 30's

No one is saying leave for good. Get your PR work overseas for a bit, better pay, different life style and then come back.

I am sure your new work experience will give you a better footing when you look for work in Malaysia.

Of course you will still love Malaysia.

What should I do when I got offer from big co ONG and another one subsidiary under big co? Should I choose salary or should I choose future?

other info: may not enjoy msia public holiday,no bonus,little increment,office 20 km from home

word of advice?

the company is manufacturing and he is executive staff.. just do office thing not like special position accounting or engineer or wat. Not sure the job but exec la. In Penang.

But problem is going to be age 30 soon and got masters summore. 4k not underpay?

what is the secret to earn so high?

i am just a low paid engineer

nowadays most freshie can earn 3k - 5k in first years... so good   

however most of the SME boss still offer 1.5k - 3k for freshie (company size 1 - 20 staff).. so it is always a big gap here.. i believe it is because the rental keep increasing and more than 50% of gross profit paid to landlord...

if your saving going to dry and you only got offer 3k though you deserve paid to 4k above then how?   

wow i can only dream of get rm6k salary
from 2.8k jump to 4k? I think chances very low.. More reasonable if ask for adjust to within 3k range

Yaya of cos dream big but muz b realistic in your request. If u the boss also will you layan this request to jump to 4k? Unless the guy did some super excellent job that rake in big profits for the company it will be safer to request for within 3k range than jump to 4k.

If din do any excellent job but worth to the company and the request reasonable, im sure the boss will consider the adjustment.

quite good idea to know that you are under which range so that can be request from company...   

once you open mouth to ask for more you better have plan B if be rejected.. coz they will tag you as "leaving soon employee" and try to train others to be your backup (most of the time)..

once you reach 10 then u realised tax is high and to get 10k nett is the goal
once you reach 10knett ie 14k gross. then you wan higher...

its never enough
