Still undergoing training in Dubai... need to pass the test in two tries or i'll be kicked out instant...
Just got my visa sorted out last month...
what i heard is that seniors sometimes need to wear bulletproof vest and escorted by police to work sometimes...

correct me if im wrong, but standard of living in Dubai is quite high correct ? Unless lodging is provided, i think thats just enough to survive in Dubai.

rental is quite high.. somewhere around KLCC range.. from 5000DH per month upwards... food is expensive as well.. to get a decent meal you will need at least rm50-rm80 per meal... in our case, lodging is provided.. nothing too fancy though..

Don't want to discourage anybody but guards/drivers can earn more than some fresh graduates these days..that's how bad the fresh graduate salary is..

true.. i'm not based in malaysia... just for comparison, engineers based in malaysia are earning RM5.4k, which is not bad by market standards.
