QUOTE(Soony @ Nov 4 2013, 02:34 PM) Yeaps unless you re in the Oil and Gas field that is. Normal rate in Penang for engineers is always at RM 2,800 and very dependent on Honours. Should check Jobstreet for the average salary. Seriously depending on company, and which engineering background bro. 1 of my business partners graduated from UK in E&E, only offered 2k basic when he started in Penang. But this was 2 years back thou.

QUOTE(JavierC1995 @ Nov 4 2013, 10:57 PM) Come on buddies !!! nowadays normal living expenses in Malaysia cost 10k how can u guys still continue working endlessly with those underpaid salary ? == ? Could try to open a business ( which u have knowledge about thbe field that u are doing business) with someone to earn more money Either you came from a rich family , have damn positive friends , being naive or this is a troll account. Since your still a student, step out to the real world and you tell us is 5 figure an easy target to achieve. If you already hit 5 figure in your student years from business or sales, then Id say good job and continue to strive forward !

QUOTE(conqu3ror @ Nov 7 2013, 09:16 PM) It maybe for starting, normally these high income just shot up then fall down after awhile. Have seen many MLM, their life cycle just too short (probably 3-5 years) Thats a fair point, but the top income earners would know how to hop around and invest right ? Thats the reason why people chose the MLM path
