My working exp is just 1 1/2 years as exec.. my salary from 2.8 now is 3.1k..
i'm thinking to go back film & tv prod line, i have interest in that field but but salary will drop to 2.5k.
will u choose higher salary but job that u dont like or low salary but with passion?

Fresh grad without experience is considered a good offer. When I was a fresh grad too, I got only rm1.6k

Since you are not a Malaysian, Do they provide you any accommodation and transportation's allowance?

your agency didnt deduct but the company pay the agency more then what you received. In other words your agency earn $$ every month for your paid.
