If you insist of 60% increase, guess you really need to stay in the company awhile till you lucky enough to get a company willing to offer 60% more.

It is possible.....provided your current salary is dirt cheap compare to what your market rate should be (60% more from RM2600 is RM4160).....or you're just a top dog which some boss/company desperately need quickly.

Academic level: Degree
Years spent in company :2 years
Company : MNC
Tenure : Permanent
Employment Level : Not sure
Experience before joining : 4 Years
Salary : RM5300 + Shift allowance + OT (plus all will get around 6k-7k a month)

Not sure whether i am under paid or not.

Yes, but somehow it depends on how well you can perform during the interview. Some of my lady friends with or without degree, get the same pay. So it's up to the persons( both interviewer and interviewee) who negotiates during the course.

yes currently is above rm3k

is it easy to score an offer which offer increment of 60%??

I think its quite hard if you remain in a relatively same job scope, 25-30% increment would be a more reasonable range

Fresh grad where got underpay? When i strated my salary is only 1.8k and after probation 2k.

since you have 6 years of experience, have you already in the management role, eg. team lead, manager, etc?

IMO management position with appropriate technical skills could earn more than rm8k for your case

My friend salary 4k then new company gave 30% increase but current co counter offer 50% but u guess he chose the new company. And lost the bonus.
