Most of the fresh grad. (degree) in engineering line have the start/basic salary @RM2800 at least. 6 years back, Most of my friends got rm2.5k working as a mechanical engineer too in WD.

Business Admin is good. No matter what field you join and in the end you will still be joined/ promoted to the management level. This really depends on what firm you join and how well you can perform in the company. Do you really like accounting? If not you can consider to change your job to consulting services in big 4.

Your employer is unethical. Even if you were a fresh grad, very new in clerical task, you should get paid not less than rm 1.5k as the market now for a diploma with at least 2 years experience in the same field deserved rm 1.8k pulse change job.

If there is a chance for you to re-apply big 4 ,just stay with it. You can really learn a lot and they train you well. If you were good and very productive, 5 years you can be promoted to manager ....

You can enjoy your life later. I did not join Big4 but things I am doing now not lesser than them and I worked and still work together with the consultants from Big4. Anyhow choice is yours icon_rolleyes.gif

There are 2 types of audit, Internal or External? It starts from rm2200-rm2400 for a fresh grad to join in a medium audit firm . Be prepared the stress also. Not every superior is good laugh.gif

Yes, but somehow it depends on how well you can perform during the interview. Some of my lady friends with or without degree, get the same pay. So it's up to the persons( both interviewer and interviewee) who negotiates during the course.
