Work for accounting is normal, especially during closing and peak period. So do you think by Big4 Auditor working double working hours and getting extra 20-50% higher then market rate is a great thing?

Think again are you really well paid then others?

Honestly, house price had went crazy. Let said if you are 30 and with 1 year old son, you loan for 40 yrs. By the time you finish repayment, your kid already 40+yrs old. Are you sure your kids will live with you and help you repay the rest of 10 years loan for you? (Assume you retire at 60's) And dunno how many years you can enjoy the relief of paying the crazy house installment.

Job Title : Technical Solution Analyst
Job Description : Application Support L2 (Engineering Application)
Academic level: Bachelor degree (IT)
Years spent in company : 3
Company : MNC
Industry : Engineering/Const
Tenure : Permanent
Employment Level : Exec
Experience before joining : 4 years
Salary : RM 4.8K++

I've starting to feel like I should be moving on..I did a jump from my previous company about 1K+..any it's been 4-5% increment for the past 3 years and 2-2.5 months yearly bonus..what do you guys think? am I underpaid? for the similar position that I have now? I'm planning for a windows server 2008 and OCA certification with my current company before moving on..
*
do the calculation yourself, 2- 2.5 bonus yearly means around 10 - 12k additional... (4.8*12) + 12k / 12 months ... that's what ur getting basically. So make sure u join a company with at least 20% to offset the difference... without the bonus I meant.. if got, then accept the offer.

There are 2 types of audit, Internal or External? It starts from rm2200-rm2400 for a fresh grad to join in a medium audit firm . Be prepared the stress also. Not every superior is good laugh.gif

There many rich ppl around. Even bubble burst they dont mind holding on to the property. The only affected are the middle income people buying property for investment and still owe the bank.
