Just to check I am underpaid and i need to balance up my paid up to current market:

Age : 34
Job Title : HOD/QA/ISO cordinator
Job Desciption : Manufacturing
Years spent in company : 14 years
Location : PG
Tenure : permanent
salary : RM 2500 basic + If Travel available Rm 2100(allowance)

Yup if only got travel can earn that RM 2100 allowance

Options I can think of to improve salary:
1. Jump to another company.
2. Ask for position promotion.
3. Improve qualification if reached max salary for qualification bracket.

local or mnc? how come if got travl suddenly add so much allowance? But work 14 yrs salary quite low. is ti cos u r just diploma?

So u already know that u r underpaid. Do something about it

yup is local company and im a diploma holder..
but some not diploma holder also can get this pay..
the travel allowance normally stay for a month....

yup u right...im currently is looking for other company n will jump to it..

How many months in average a year you could have travel allowance? If you can hv 12 mths then it ain't that bad. 2.5k is fresh grad salary though.

On the lighter side, a riddle for everyone . if u r half way there drawing instead 5k to 7.5k monthly oredi. Assuming it has taken u X year to reach Now. So to get to 10k to 15k u need to spend how many X years more. answer me please?!

My cousin in kpmg. Go office from home at 7 then come back at 1 am when peak season. When low season then she will arrive at home at 8-9 pm.

crazy meh.. low season also work from 8-9pm.. if not get 10k salary is not worth

Around 6k for s2.3 yrs exp. She is 25 now. I envy her
