LOL, I don't think so. Although they may be rich, but they also need to serve the monthly installment. What if most their properties are in construction which mean they currently only serving interest instead of the full installment.

If property burst with the economic crisis, how many rich people won't tight in cash? A great example will be US Property Burst, the Sub-Prime Loan which just happen few years back. Or you can see currently what happen in China.

People are always optimistic and forget what happened previously.

Years spent in company :4days ( no experience in QA)
Company : Local
Industry : I don't know... may be is marketing...I am QA not saling anything, just audit
Tenure : permanent
Employment Level : QA executive
Experience before joining : 3 years of tutor and some customer service
salary : RM 1600

Am I underpaid ? or this is the salary for the guy didn't have experience?

As a fresh, I think experience and career advancement would be more important compare to paid. After few years only think about "am I underpaid?"...

Salary: RM 2.6k not including OT (lowest I get RM 800, highest is RM
1000), Petrol allowance RM 150. Assume total is RM 3550.

Still good, or should I jump? I live in Kedah, FYI.
