If dont emphasize on facts then emphasize on public opinion, blow water or fitnah ? I think people should be logical, make logical decision based on what they see in a business, not negative online stories becausebthose people failed or didnt put in enough effort. we are in an era where senior accountant can be conned of live savings by just a scam call, instead of so persistent on paper knowledge, go out and collect more stories from the street, it can help you grow your mind

Imagine you opening a burger stall, before you start your business you go to supermarket and buy bread, butter, burger patty, mayonaise, chilli sauce, bbq sauce .. you pay RM200 to the counter and you bring all the ingredients back home ready to open your burger stall .. this is what will happen next,

Case 1
The next day, you feel lazy and you slept for the whole day doing shit at home for a week, all your ingredient expired and you lost the RM200 capital

Case 2
The next day you're so happy that you're starting your owm business, and you sold all your burger on that day itself, you earn RM700 - RM200 = RM500 profit

Case 3
The next day is raining, no one came to buy your burger, do you blame the rain and just let your burger all turns sour and loss that RM200 capital or you're going to find a way ? Either move your stall to a dry area or bring all your burgers to sell to customers at a nearby supermarket to earn back RM500??
Your statement "the suckers are just trying to get back their money", well which business man in a fucked up mind will be willing to lose money, either you're too lazy or you gave up on your own business and prefer sleeping at home ... I cant find another reason to blame a business saying its a scam or finding reasons for your own failure

Id just beware of companies which focus on recruitment rather then selling the product itself.  These products are generally over-priced to pay their uplines.

Just recently been introduce to this Mc Ocean after passing the so-called interview.

at first, it really makes me curious about how they earn all those income.. 4 digits, 5 digits and so on. Then I pass the interview and was invited to their company to see their product. Look so familiar with all the technic used by some MLM before ( sorry forget the name ).

After long time explaining the product which I don't have any interest in. Then come with all their legal paper. After all this, here comes a presentation about their company and how you gonna earn.
For now, the price for membership and registration has raised to MYR2,717.

I start to feel suspicious when having the interview. They always say they won't force people and won't do a mass recruit but only potential partner.

But then by the way the KP talked to me after the presentation, they don't even try to give me time to think about it whether I want to join or not but just say sign this paper and pay up then you'll be good to go for the M&U.

Luckily I didn't have that much of cash on hand so I get to drag the payment but I've signed the paper and let them take a photo of my IC. ( I believe they can't do much since I haven't pay anything )
Then when I was left alone with my friend who tries to ask to join this MLM. I asked her, does she take a loan from the bank for the 40k? Incredibly that she says yes.

So now, from what I've read in this forum. I believe whatever we type in, all the information will become their source and they will change the way they recruit and become more and more brainwashing.
I'm kinda lucky that I find this topic before I pay for the MYR2,717.

I'm not sure for others, as I myself really don't like to do this kind of recruit so it's a no-go for me. but I believe many people will still fall into this brainwashing talk as many people don't really go google on things and read the comment.

P.S: After knowing the brand name, all the member I saw tell me you can go google it up about this brand but no need to listen to all those negative comments. So does that mean that they actually looking up on google about their own company and they know all this kind of topic and so to prevent from failing to recruit you?

Got invited to one of the tea party and "business presentation". The one invited me pick me up using BMW. The food is nice in some hotel in KL
Good thing i still have a sound mind during the presentation. I can see that all of them are brainwashed to the core. Jumping up and down and yelling like monkeys in a zoo for so called "motivation". Selling garbage product for ridiculous price. Whole 1 hour introducing KP's and their Sob stories of bringing parents to Haji, buying a new house or whatever. And whole 2 hour session learning on how to persuade people to do 30k Loan to join them. Man i'm glad i did not join this. Wasted half a day in my life. Btw this is 2015 people. If people who are desperate/weak sure will termakan their preach.

My advice? STAY AWAY

So is it illegal to do recruitment ? As long as the money trail is clear cut, I dont think there's anything to worry about. And a company dont run a business itself, it is the people in it who runs the business .. business is flexible either you do selling by your own, look for distributor to help you reach out to more market, online sales, retail shop, roadshow etc .. all these are busines ideas .. as long as it brings profit and the method works for you

More people = more consumer = more sales = more profit

More customer = more people order food = more food sold = more money earn by ah neh boss

Recruit more member = more people selling products = more products sold = more money earn by agents

Recruitment is another method of expanding business, and it shows a strong base of the company, imagine you would like to work at an expanding company, high demand of work forice, or company that keeeps shrinking and retrenching their employees ? Lol

Oh ya, speaking about overprice, generally items in Malaysia are overpriced by about 300% ... Just talk about car tax alone is sufficient, Toyota Camry in Japan is about RM60k, come to Malaysia become RM180k, anyone complain about this ? Only the poor complain lol, anyone boycott buying cars in Malaysia ? If really buy for necessity only can go for cheap cars, thats what you can only afford

during their presentation, they told us not to do research on the company and need to apply loan within 48hours. plus, they also told us not to tell anyone else. bt for me, i was really really curious why...

so, after that night, i do my research aaaand its a scam..

and the next day, one of my friend really kna brainwashed ask me to follow him to apply loan at Beng Rakyat, but thank God x lepas.

so, we both went to have a drink and i told him what i understand about this Mc Ocean and MLM. he, shocked and immediately cancelled his plan..

however, my other friend's loan have already approved and credited into his account to pay 34K (modal) the next day. i saved his life and his money.

his upline was furious and keep on bashing me thru texting.
