Report police if you think they are doing something bad, I don't believe police wont take action, provide all your prove and your statement as well.

If not just close down this thread better, seems useless and every day see people dig this graveyard thread

i think this things about bad scam about this industry, how about to discuss idea to make a better rule to gonverment input, so they can filter scam company to go to the public?

There’s a fine grey line between Ponzi Scheme, Pyramid Scheme with Multi-Level Marketing (for this case, Networking Distribution).

I’m still trying to evaluate the whole scheme and I acknowledge that more I get to know how it operates, more questions that I have.

Intend to join this ‘business’ under the pretense that it can develop my personal skills. But what I’ve experienced, more like how to manage/communicate with the potential partners by making a fool on their current situation & beliefs.

I also agree that a lot of professionals are in this business but the approach, the psychology and the negotiation are driven more towards greed than development.

Not to mention that this business products testimony are coming from this business so-called doctors but were just practising medical not more than 10 years.

Still trying to figure out about the Diploma in Nutritien that they offered though. Not sure if its applicable with the current practices as the form and web portal are still in 2000-ish version.

I have a strong feeling that it doesn’t have MQA certification yet.

Maybe just maybe if they can have Tun Dr. Mahathir in this business, it may change as they too did use Tun statement during MNU recently.

On paper they did process the whole thing ethically (signatures, forms, banks loan etc.) but the question is - does this business culture is actually ethical?

If 999 (TV-Show) or some financial related program would like to increase their tv rating, perhaps they should try to go undercover and expose this culture via the tv program.

Just go to the relevant officials..

Talking about greed, I believe all the business is talking about profitability, businessman who talks about nobility and charity is totally bullshit, as long as the customer are happy and likes what you're doing its totally fine, penang char kway teow RM10 also got people eat la, only poor people mindset will complain

BNM have helped a lot by releasing an annual list of MLM which is not recognized.

Dude, it's more complicated than just reporting. Police's stand on MLMs are reactive, not proactive. If a lot of people complain, only then they'll do something, but the biggest problem is that victims aren't complaining because all of them have been brainwashed kaw2 by the KPs to make them feel like it's their fault for failing in the biz.

Also in the GPs form they cheat new partners by putting in a clause saying that whatever complains in the future you have about the company will be rendered null and void -- meaning its hard taking action against the company. They're super sneaky like that -- forcing contracts on unsuspecting people to make sure they don't report. But a scam is still a scam, and victims are created every day.

Can we not complain about people reviving this 'graveyard' thread? The reason why it's still being revived is because people are still being conned by it, and there is a responsibility to give awareness to new prospects about this bullshit business. Just trying to warn people here.

This company will eventually get bust (like most pyramid schemes) and it seems like their biz is slowing down since last year. But for now it's better for more people to know how deceiving this biz is so they don't join.

All MLMs are unethical, but they manage to get away with it because:

a) they try to associate their biz with legal direct selling to avoid any legal trouble

b) the authorities in Malaysia are corrupted and/or ignorant about scams (just look at the DBI Properties Dato Boy Iman case where they had KPKT menteri endorsing it but when it was revealed as a scam only then panic and say they weren't involved and then start putting out awareness about property scams, and then the fake dentist scam where PPIM helped bail her out using a fundraiser, etc)

c) MLM tactics is to brainwash all their victims to think that if they quit, means they weren't ambitious enough or a failure at the biz, so they feel shame and think its their fault and they don't report.

Mco and Steady Dynasty have already been blacklisted by Bank Negara for years but its still going on because they find all kinds of loopholes to continue their biz. It's crazy. And people still fall for it because of momentary greed and desperation.

(Of course McO people will namedrop Tun Mahathir, they love namedropping 🙄 that's the only thing they can do because when you ask then for facts and figures of their financial statement or income taxes, silent pulak. Just because a celeb/public figure endorses it doesn't mean it's right.)

And this is not the ONLY source.

This company has been here for so many years and it's still ongoing.
This thread has been here for more then 4 years and it's still ongoing.

It just means this method is NOT working.

And also Devilwearsprada22 just joined sept 2017 and only posted 2 post.
What is your objective?
If you are the "victim" I suggest you report to the relavant officials.
If you are not and this is a "revenge" post.
