Yep, including Wanam's genius init.d OOM tweak for near zero launcher redraws, no matter what launcher.
*
Yeah! It is 99.99% no more launcher redraw issue in any launcher. Actually it seems is 100% as until now never redraw for me yet.

Extremely happy using it. wink.gif

I using s3 to stream tvb drama series. Any idea, why the video freze but the sound still running? Just freze about 1 min then continue playing then after that freze again.
*
Flash streaming? App? Direct streaming on video player?

Flash DOES have a weird bug on ICS sometimes though, it stops playing AS SOON AS the video fully buffers to the end. It only happens on certain flash video players though.

@Andrew: I DO have redraws though, but only after running EXTREMELY heavy stuff like FPSE for long periods of time. Which is perfectly understandable.

ok..if root edi then??

put custom rom??
*
Yep, custom rom is much better. Example WanamLite is real smooth than stock, 99.99%, no launcher redraw issue, ability to use 4 way reboot, can customize theming and a lot great tweak by Wanam.

Custom ROM is rock. ::>_<::

Guys I have a problem here.. I can't seem to change the lock screen shortcuts on settings.. Whenever I tap on that option my phone says settings has stopped. Anyone faces this similar problem? It's very annoying especial I got this problem after hard resetting my phone :-(

But it looks like Samsung made a mistake dumbing down the search of its international versions, or at least some of them. TechRadar reports that at least the UK Galaxy S3 version will get its full universal search back, and Samsung has already confirmed it:

However, a spokesperson for Samsung told us: “The most recent software upgrade for the Galaxy S III in the UK included the inadvertent removal of the universal search function. Samsung will provide the correct software upgrade within the next few days.”

Hahahaha... Same case with me, 50-50 % chance.
I found a way, before sleep try to launch the S Voice and press back once and leave it, don't end task.
It works for me.
Hahaha 3310 is my first phone..
For me it was OK, but just hoping the battery life could be better =p

Who in this forum never had that indestructible phone? hahaha... the best creation ever. Snake all the way! And We were all so darn impressed when they started to roll out those blue LEDs. hahha

QUOTE(keyzjh @ Jul 26 2012, 11:26 PM)
It's all preference. I find the iPhone 4's size relatively comfortable, but the edges are too sharp for my liking.
At least the S3 has curved edges
*
I can't really hold it for long without a casing. Sharp edges.

Hahaha.. I've uninstalled almost all the sammy apps/accounts etc, allshare, weather (really, who needs to know the weather from a mobile device when I can just look out the window?). Cause I just thought... what's the point in freezing... since I'm not gonna use it.. might as well just back it up, and uninstall it?

Great. battery. life. To all the fellas out there complaining about the battery life. Seriously... like Seeeeeeeriously... you expect 2 full days of heavy surfing with 3G and 3D gaming? Like seriousssssssssssssly? It has a 2100mah battery. that's just 400 less than the big ass note. I never turn off my data. I surf like... every 15 mins. play games (lesser than I hope for... *time****) and tweak things here and there... reboot (which is a juice killer... but I noticed not really for this phone) all the time in between flashing stuff....

Great. battery. life

Hmm. I'll have to wait for someone to invert that too like what I'm running right now.

And yes. Inverted apps are beyond cool lol. Especially on AMOLED.

Mods like wanam lite retain this search feature. So this decision has zero affect for me, until apple comes knocking at wanam developers door
