U cant denied that due to malaysia ruling for compliance of low and medium cost quota, u will easily noticed any low cost around. Why kota damansara hardly see low cost? because during the master planning of KD, they propose to government to built a KBU instead of low cost compliance as alternative. Politic and crony thing again.
if u choosy about the low or medium neigbourhood, dont have much choice in KV
for your info, this natur and window on the park nearby also imposed by 30% medium cost quota which selling price cannot more than rm100k. u will noticed then developer will ask u to sign on 2 S&P for basic + upgrade package. These developers are smart and they know how to make sure low income people dont come and jammed up the image of premium project. Got pros and cons. very subjective
