Any possibility for developer to build a road link to highway? Currently plan is just one route to get in this area.

All lot is soled. Now start building foundation for block b. I saw still got other project by defferent delevoper surrounding that area maybe will announced.

if looking for parcel and strada, better go for freehold, leasehold will lead you mad in future.

Received call from agent told 2 units available now. Block C level 9 corner or Block A level 1.

How much and the sqft?

yesterday went to site check the gallery, all unit sold, price below rm300psft and before great discount.

i think will got loan reject unit. I bought the suria residence from loan reject unit. Luckily rebate still stand.

3mth soft launch at mahkota sudah sapu habis, i didnt put my name bcos bank will rejected too already brought another house last year.

there this Casa Green - price at 570k w 10% rebate - size around 1700sqft , show room at mahkota too same row with Nissan - haven visit yet.

Seriously rm 570k for 1700ft2 worth to vest. Those WOTP for 1600ft2 already rm 900k.

WOTP sell classy, if I'm no Kids high chance will choose the 500k WOTP like the surrounding + i can jog, swim n cycle at my Condo with my wife

Seriously, another rm400k for the said classy things? But rm 500k in WOTP only get u a less than 1000ft2 and 1 car park only somemore lower floor and not so green there. The SA told me rm1.3k per floor up.

Now a day buyer will first consider is life style then second is price and built up.

WOTP -yes, overprice but some ppl still like from different prospect.
