 Natur Apartment by Suria Land Dev, near Bandar Tun Hussein Onn and Balakong

I had good experience with their management. They actually attended to our defects in a timely manner and the person in charge was very good to us. We experienced electrical problems, but they came to check each and every of our power points.

Green Suria Apartment at Taman Tun Hussein Onn with unacceptable maintenance fees + sinking funds.
Earlier explanation: New method of metering system by the Tenaga National Berhad. In fact such system has been practised in the past 20 to 30 or longer years.
Recent explanation: The high electricity bills caused the high maintenance fees and sinking funds whereby the TNB might wrongly charged the management DOUBLE of the electricity bills.

As what has been told , for a unit with 1060 square feet unit still has to be charged for around myr200.00 monthly after the reviewed. Will it be reasonable by comparing to the vicinity apartments and condominium here?

yea kinda expensive considering the facilities is really basic (no swimming pool, gym, bbq area etc), 220+ per month including sinking funds

This project was lacking of supervision and bad workmanship. My down stair complained leakage at the balcony few times and the maintenance people just came to my unit to patch some sealant on the tiles.

For me, this was not the proper way to stop such leakage. In fact, they should remove all of the tiles to redo the water proofing works at the particular area.

A Flat can be better than an Apartment.

A luxury semi-d can be worse than a low cost terrace home.


For buyers, we consider it as LUCK.

Wait u become chairman then can low down maintenance fee to 0.10 cent
I think developer knew got some party holding dozen of units for keep . Lack of monthly contribution from these units maybe loss income will occur
