There is a pre launch by Suria Land Development call Natur Apartment
Location :In between Cheras Bandar Tun Hussein Onn and Balakong.
Price :310k
Freehold

Need to ask anyone heard about this and is it worth to invest?
Last weekend went to site visit. Its near SDB Window on the park and UDA semi d there. Natur site just right at the end road. Nearby is old flat area. Can't manage to go end road cause its block.
Depost RM2k only. if loan approve pay interest first....

any advice on this property?

Suria Land Development again. U should go to the Suria Residence @ Bandar Mahkota Cheras to check it out RM 310k without discount is high for a apartment

hm...actually not much info available cause i asked them but they told me they still printing the brochure..... so far around 60% of the block sold...
suria residence also belong to them and slightly cheaper..too bad i m late.... they told me all unit sold out already.... and new development sure cost a bit more....
natur the price start from 299k till 320k with discount 10%....
sorry miss out...the size is around 1200++ square feet
yea like what peri peri said.... natur site got few low cost flat there....n its near SDB also..... so wanna get some opinion before securing my lot there...

Hi calapia kor, suria resindence before discount for a 1256ft2 is around rm310k. After 10% disc is around rm270k. The 10% disc is a gimmic for us to get full loan with zero entry. Although no swimming pool or gym provided, i still prefer because i don need waste my maintance on the such as i seldom use. The apartment one thing stand out is using all clay bricks. U will hardly seeing a project uses clay brick. Most are cement sand brick and rc shear wall.

If the price is before 10% discount. It must be a BBB

Ha ha....yea. The block c is the most dense 1.
All 3 freehold blocks with 9 storey high. No facilities.
Comes with 2 carpark. Launching block c first.
Not mistaken...It's 26 units served by 4 lifts.

Rm300k better buy angkasa condo , guarantee rental rm1200 -rm1800 (fully finish)

aih...nowadays mau invest in property also susah..... seems have to give it up dy....
yea the 10% is a gimmick...cause no need down payment.... even SDB also got such gimmick....but cheapest SDB is 500k+.... sleep.gif"
