i think Natur selling points is "price" RM270k , there basically not much option in Klang Valley.

Few years back my cheras vista was only rm260k . Now the apartment price rm270k ppl feel its gem until grab as fast as possible

hmmm, cheras vista when launched is rm 260k meh? the time i did the 1st 2 sample units for cheras vista in year 2005 i remember starting price was around rm320k to 350k. Maybe those rm260k launching price u referring are those lion links house with lauya facade during that time.

imho, land price shouldn't be issue, once you build the reputation and brand, developer always can buy high and sell higher. just the authority requirement keep changing maybe big headache.

the piling works are done, once pile caps done, i think u will received the 2nd bill from developer redi.

hehe, yup, until today i got recerive a msg from silk condo developer, that condo look like not bad and the price is ok also, but very bad point near cemetery ,they said still got unit open for sales.how about you think?do you got book Natur?

Is an abandoned small cemetery, because its facing highway, yang is more than ying. Plus point for silk residence is facing highway and mix with commercial units.

Natur, i had placed my name in waiting list, in case got drop out loan from others.
