actually 30++ storey is consider very high in balakong redi. Not sure those unit facing terrace can view KLCC at night or not

WOW, u got a unit for C180. But i always wonder why it so slim and facade look like a 5 star hotel. Its a condo or apartment?

Services apartment + hotel .

3 star only not 5 Star.

Quality is so so.

My unit is facing the low cost apartment. Can't rent out high price sad.gif

Target rent is about RM900 for first year ( complete with nearby flat at Rm600 only) , Rm1100 next year and slowly up.

If can get rent = RM1400, will keep la.

If cannot get good rent. Target sell when Silk Condo VP.

But wanted to sell when reaching 260K. maybe not possible la
