need some advise, actually i'm interested on 1600++ sq (RM810k after 10% discount), i like the concept and the environment, but is that worth to buy for own stay? Because with RM810k i can go for other choice like landed properties...

i think with this Natur, their selling price for a 1200ft2 after rebate is maybe around 300k only.

have went to developer office, overall feel bandar tun hussein oon is quite nice in location ,natur by suria is nearby SDB high end condo and semi Ds, further near to UDA proposed semi D , and i think it is the only upcoming medium cost apartment in area in quite affluent residency area.
I am only concern on one thing that old flat from desa baiduri is too near to natur site, however sale staff claim that they are unaccessible to us, and natur is in perhaps it will cause any uncertainty in future?

natur apartment is an uncertainty in future? near to carefour and future MFT and vast green landscape with lake @ UDA still not good enough?

Understand ur concern, the apartment i living now also next to a low cost flat. Although just next to it, i dont find any issue them coz my mgt abd security are tight and strict. We sustain at our own.

Yup, for 1st point of view, yes. But this developer very funny, they always giving huge built up, high ceiling and all clay brick. I dont think is walk up apartment, this price sure come with lifts

The suria residence @ bmc 1250ft2 selling rm270k freehold and same developer

Yeah, condo concept and cheap cheap, but i still dont know what material and specs they offering.

Btw, the architect for this natur, suria residence and the new balakong condo is the same. Hope he giving premium products.

The sales agent Koay said developer cheras hong soon aim for geeting big and long term growth and this is thier first big development.

I beleive Koay words as he is very professional. ( example , he advise me to avoid buying units below water tanks and etc...)

Haha, he is a diligent SA from what i see here. Under a water tank is really bad for health, unless the architect design the unit ceiling slabs as double slabs.

Normally these units will allocate for bumi quota.
