there is no sales office yet ,you need to go to bandar mahkota cheras hong soon sales office ask, as they mention that will be rm300 psf .but handle by other sales company

Actually can wait for block b which is taken all by land owner.land owner already sell out all to public. Their ppl only write name no need deposit.maybe many lot will release when bank AP announced.

All lot is soled. Now start building foundation for block b. I saw still got other project by defferent delevoper surrounding that area maybe will announced.


Added on September 24, 2012, 9:52 amLast week go attitude 326 tmn mandarina condo by ijm. Crazy price start from 731k for 1389sq 15f onward. Lease hold also.

Hi when r u received? Foundation for building is stage 2a which cost 30480. Not 2k. I think u wrong. This is clear by bank if ur loan is 90%.
