How developer answer you, have developer told you when can get the key to move in?

They pick up the call after 2 beep surprisingly. I asked them but they are unable to give me an exact date but latest by end of this month. Current status is pending for bank to revert them on the loan. Hmmmm.

They cannot giv an exact date of key collection coz it many depends on when can the bank release the remaining $ to them. Once they got $ from bank, then only they ll send out letter to purchaser for key collection. I think purchaser will receive the letter within 2 weeks time fr now. Congrats!

Understand once your bank pay the latest billing you could go and collect the keys. So check with your bank next week whether they have disbursed the money to the developer. Best wishes.

S&P signed on 12 Dec. Haven't get the key yet. Need to schedule a day somewhere this or next week to retrieve the key.

Mine is JAN 2013. I wondering the key only open for person who sign the S&P on DEC 2012 1st or open for all in 1 shot...

Be patient bro. I think they will send all letters to owner regardless the date of spa. The most important things now is ur bank has release the $ to developer. U cannot collect the key even with the letter, if your bank havent release the $..
