It was already 2.5years since launch date. Progress seems good & met schedule. but of course ppl would prefer fast, rather than Delay, isn't it?

Mine still at 80%. Perhaps u can ask dev when can collect key since ur bank already pay them 100%.. plz update here once u know the date of key collection ya. Thx

Heard from my banker from RXB bank, there are at least 3 subsale cases submitted for loan over the past 1 month. By looking at the subsale price ~RM350-370 psf, the early bird buyer already gain >400% after deducting the 3-years loan interest ~RM20k (this is the only costs i presume, coz developer gave 10% disc, free legal fees etc.). Gross gain RM130k - Interest RM20k = net gain RM110k. Gain RM110k / Cost RM20k = 5.5x. Whether is good investment or not, up to your own definition.

They cannot giv an exact date of key collection coz it many depends on when can the bank release the remaining $ to them. Once they got $ from bank, then only they ll send out letter to purchaser for key collection. I think purchaser will receive the letter within 2 weeks time fr now. Congrats!

Be patient bro. I think they will send all letters to owner regardless the date of spa. The most important things now is ur bank has release the $ to developer. U cannot collect the key even with the letter, if your bank havent release the $..

Nothing much can be done right now. Wait after JMB is formed 1 year later and let them residents to decide how much to be charged. Of course the rate must be reasonable and sufficient to cover the maintenance expenses. I think it should be lower than RM0.20

Sorry i just sold my unit. But i think if ur unit is above mid floor, then u dont need to install grill at living hall balcony. I hv many friends install grill but most of the time they forget/didnt lock the grill during night n so far nothing happen.
