These workers are probably making final touch up to hand over the units. Very high chance that the CCC had been obtained. Congratulations to all owners.

Believe all three (3) blocks received the CCC at the same time. However as different purchasers signed the SPA at different time we are unsure whether the developer will release the keys at the same time or in batches following the date of the SPA. Anyway the 1st group of purchasers without doubt are scheduled to receive their keys next month ie Dec as they had signed the SPA in Dec 2012. It must be very exciting. Cheers.

Do not worry. Purchasers who signed their SPA in Dec 2012 will be given the keys latest next month ie Dec. Failing which they will be given compensation. Similarly those who executed SPA in Jan 2013 will move in latest in Jan 2016.

Understand once your bank pay the latest billing you could go and collect the keys. So check with your bank next week whether they have disbursed the money to the developer. Best wishes.

Selling cheap will close the deal. However if you sell cheap it is unlikely you can buy the property again for the same price. Act wisely.

I think if majority of the purchasers make presentation to the developer to reduce the rate say 15 cts psf until JMB is formed they might listen to us. Someone said JMB will be formed in 2017 I am not so sure. I understand that the management will only be handled to JMB when strata titles are issued. The question is when will it happen ? In the meantime how ?

Is your unit comes with water supply ? Was not duly informed that the water meter has not been installed until inspected the unit. Very surprised that CCC was issued without water supply. It is not right for them to hand over the keys. Yes you can said it is the duty of Syabas to do it but the developer also has its responsibility to ensure it is done.

Very disappointed.

Read on the net that a established developer is launching a new project in Semenyih for apartments with a built up area of 800 sq ft and price from RM260k. Thus the purchase price we paid for our Green Suria after taking into factors like big built up area of 1,200 sq ft and relative good location we really have a very good buy. Congratulations to all owners.

Went to Green Suria this morning and noted that more and more units are now occupied. There are also some units still undergoing renovations. Best Wishes.
