I don't think it is officially categorize as card centre. More like dedicated CC counter.
Most big/important branches will have 2-4 dedicated CC counters, like KLCC, KL Main (Menara Maybank), etc.
They do nothing, but serve CC related matters only.

They should open one in MV also, then I no need go to OneU
