Monks already had too many ways to heal. BoH heals, serenity can heal, LifeOnHit can heal, lifesteal can heal, Mantra of healing can heal.

Good thing is Bliz aware of this, trying to fix this in patch 1.04. I am kind of excited to find out improvement to offensive skill.
