Hello fellow monk pros... The monk thread really are more lively than other class..

I have a noob question to ask.. Or mayb guidance towards monk...

I just roll a monk 3 days ago.. My play style is base on loh n crit.. Duel wield sometimes n in certain difficult situation, switch to a shield..

I want to ask about which is the best attack to pair up with loh... As I can see that most ppl argue that FoT is the best.. But how about crippling wave?? Can it be used as a good loh attack becos it attack quite a decent number of mobs in the same time...

Please help me out here becos I still get my ass kick in act 2 sometimes playing solo..

P/s. I get my ass kicked more when playing coop... T.T

Oh... So actually all attack is suitable.. Becos I saw some pros make the calculation b4 n claims FoT to be the best loh.. But I found out crippling wave is also not bad and proc a lot of loh for me too...

And my nooby stats,

Resist 690(748 with shield) unbuff
Armor 4376(5227 with shield) unbuff
Hp 30k
Dps 14-15k (depends on dual wield or not) sucks right T.T
Dodge 31.7

How??? My stats can make it ah??? Lol

I do use a shield.. When I look for more survivability.. But if I know I can roll around without the additional armor n resist from my shield, I will dual wield... Is just that I actually use both becos I carry the shield in my inventory n switch around according to situation..

But at the moment, my loh is at 800+ when single wield n 1400 when dual wield... Is it enuff??

Wah... 560 resist... Can u farm act 2 with ur current stats? I can't man.. What is the hidden technique require man... >.<

Hello dual wield sifu, is there any order or strategy in placing weapon on mainhand n offhand??

For example, slower weapon place on mainhand or faster weapon on mainhand or is the same regardless of anything???

Got some question regarding LOH..

I want to ask whether what type of damage/hit done by monk that will proc loh..

As I know, cyclone doesn't proc loh but what about:

1) sweeping wind itself??
2) MOE-backlash????
3) MOC-overwave????

Can any sifu clarify for me and clear my doubts...

U r in inferno d boss.... Throw those +34 dex gem and get at leeeaaasssttt +42 dex gem bro.... Also yup, damage abit low.. Get it higher...

U can try the legendary ouroboros amulet. It has good stats and most of all, crit chance n life steal. Lucky enuff, u can even get the same resist that you r stacking. I gotten mine with 4mil. Can check it out if u want man.

Does wol hit harder with 2hd or about the same with dual wield??

I read in d3 forum stating that with duel wield is bugged.. Some says that a 2hd 1000+ dps weapon with some crit dmg can hig up to 500-700k dmg per bell... I'm confuse..

I tried it out myself but I dun have a decent 2hd weapon so I can't really tell the different...

All sifu, I'm so stuck with my gear n dunno what to upgrade from here... Anybody can give me some advise.. Much appreciate...

Lol, yeah I can clear inferno pretty much.. But when someone is stuck with the current gear for too long, they will eventually want to be better n upgrade.. I have stuck for too long in my current gear and all new upgrade require at least 5 mil per piece...

That's why I'm asking all pros here what can I do without simply wasting gold...

Will take ur advise on gems... But my off hand weapon r so beast.... Loh, built in CD, socket.... How to find similar shit like this with cheap price man.... T.T
