QUOTE(fit @ Jan 16 2013, 11:45 AM) OK. Will try to configure and try out My streamyx modem n router model TP link TD8960N to see any improvement in wifi range as compare to stock router L7 provided by telekom. If the signal still weak then will buy another tplink wireless extender to try.. by the way, may I know does the extender cut the 5mps speed into half ? Does that router support unifi if not not able to use and range extender will just reapeat your signal no speed cut

What is hypp.tv Ruby package? Consist of new channel or just about the same as Platinum package? I'm seriously consider any hyppTV offer / deal / package since i'm not an Astro subscriber. Can't find any info from hypp.TV official website.

helo, im using unifi 5mb user, barely a month since I installed it
I have a question, maybe someone can answer or at least point me to the place where i can find the answer..
So I'm paying for 5mb right? When I did speedtest, i did get about 5mbps download but when im actually downloading things, usually around 500kbps (max maybe 600kbps).. im not talkin about torrent here (that too sure) but normal direct download e.g. youtube videos etc.
Is there any ways I can tweak my system/router/laptop/pc so that I can download/upload with higher speed?
Thanks in advance and sorry I know this might be a common question...

Hi Guys
Planning to disconnect my VIP20 soon. Enough downloading all m stuff (Almost 30tb).
How to go about this termination?
Say if in 1 year time, decide to reconnect back, can it be done with the same account?
Any item to surrender during termination?

I received a call today from Unifi reminder department that they will disconnect my line if I didn't pay my bill which amount of 149 and have to pay RM 10 for reconnection. I remembered we can hold up to 3 months before pay but how come nowadays so strict ? Previously I have the amount up to RM 500 Anyone can clarify this ?

My VIP10 speed is deteriorating. I'm on a high rise building. Is there anything I can do to go back to at least 10Mb/s? This was in July 2011: This is today: I can see for myself that my direct download / torrent download speed has been reduced a lot. In July 2011, I could get at least around 1.3MB/s of torrent speed. Nowadays, I can barely get 1.0MB/s.

You can pull 1 telephone cable from btu to any of your socket or to your main distribution box. I have done it and it works
