Guys if im now on 4mbps but haven finish my contract i upgrade to unifi will get any penalty?

so means i can straight upgrade to unifi without any charges? but my current contract how?

Can someone do a quick check if their IPV6 connectivity says "No Internet access" or not on their internet status bar?

I'm not sure if what I am seeing is normal.

i thought 1st month free.. but only after a week using unifi i've got email for this month bil. it's rm47+/-

when call they explain that's the charge for activating fee and whatsoever fee... only rm149 don't need to pay for 1st month.. 

before subscribing i called and asked.. they said no need to pay anything for the 1st month..  now said like this.. 

does this happened to anyone else..

guys, one really important question.
after installed unifi, and i chose to terminate my old phone line,
i realized that the new line is connected through BTU, not from socket, does it means that all the phone sockets can't be used again?

Guys, need some advice.

Last year I tried to apply unifi via reseller but no callback. Then I check online it seems my house(unit) has no coverage.

So I registered for streamyx instead. Suddenly got a call from unifi saying my address and unit applicable for unifi. I was skeptical so I asked the guy on the phone is he sure cause even their online system says I can't apply for it. He said yes so I went ahead.

Order processing, contractor came to my house, drilled and set all the hardware and fibre cable. The technician went looking for the distribution point TM advised him to connect to but actually it does not exist.

Now I'm stuck without internet since my installation visit 11 days ago. TM said they will fix this and it would take 14 days but today they tell me no updates at all on my case and advised extend 14 days again.

What can I do now? Somehow feel cheated and for TM to add DP it might take weeks(months even???).

Just installed Unifi 5 today and this is I got. Is this normal for first timer? Obviously my previous Streamyx 1 Mbps more faster than this..

If i not mistaken... the address appeared in the TM website is the address already registered with UniFi. So if the address is just near your house, there is big chance that your house also available for unifi service.
