My VIP10 speed is deteriorating.
 I'm on a high rise building. Is there anything I can do to go back to at least 10Mb/s? This was in July 2011:  This is today:  I can see for myself that my direct download / torrent download speed has been reduced a lot. In July 2011, I could get at least around 1.3MB/s of torrent speed. Nowadays, I can barely get 1.0MB/s.  |
