How to change l7 router wireless channel? No matter what Channel I select, its still channel 4 according to the status page.

yes..me too facing the same problem.. Today went to IT shop bought one TP-Link 1043 router to replace it and change the channel to 1..

I remember I read some where that there is a bug with that router no matter what u change to still will be the same channel

you can test with android apps called wifi analyzer to see
which channel the best for your unifi...normally
I pick the best quality and different channel from my neighbour.

If you want to watch Netflix, you should use US server for speedtest because this will really tell you if your connection is fast enough to watch videos.

Recently my vip10 unifi keeps disconecting, about 7 ~ 8 times in every single night. I have to reset the router (DIR-615) everytime to get the line back on. Very frustrating. Does anyone have the same experience lately and what's your remedy?

Guys, need some advice.

Last year I tried to apply unifi via reseller but no callback. Then I check online it seems my house(unit) has no coverage.

So I registered for streamyx instead. Suddenly got a call from unifi saying my address and unit applicable for unifi. I was skeptical so I asked the guy on the phone is he sure cause even their online system says I can't apply for it. He said yes so I went ahead.

Order processing, contractor came to my house, drilled and set all the hardware and fibre cable. The technician went looking for the distribution point TM advised him to connect to but actually it does not exist.

Now I'm stuck without internet since my installation visit 11 days ago. TM said they will fix this and it would take 14 days but today they tell me no updates at all on my case and advised extend 14 days again.

What can I do now? Somehow feel cheated and for TM to add DP it might take weeks(months even???).
