Yes, you need to pay RM10 for stamp duty and 1 month in advance payment (RM149) + pro-rated until billing date (7/1/2013) then minus 1 month (free RM149). laugh.gif

Should I let go Unifi and move to maxis since my contract is ending soon.

I am not gamer and my daily use of Internet included VPN back to office (I am full time working from home), browsing, YouTube, PPS streaming, torrent and http download.

Hi guys.
Anyone came to this experience before where unifi technicians came to your house. Check your connection and say that the router and black box is over heating. Causing the phone to have a not smooth conversation. Plus the speed will never achieve more than 60%.
After advising the fella ask me to buy a cooling fan. But this problem started since the first day of installation. Duh..

Your "Black Box" (BTU) you referring too is it the VDSL or Fiber Optic one?

My VDSL Modem also heats up after 3mins with internet and VOIP running and 5mins in idle mode... you can really fry an egg on it that's why i decide to use an extra PC fan + DC adapter and fix it to my VDSL modem and now it's cold as ice:

Not really, almost the same as your average pc fan running but softer... if you want more quite one then you can use a slower RPM one or expensive branded fan which is more quite. to make the casing for it you can use box cardboard or the white styrofoam.
