If VOIP light is ok, then most probable its the phone. Say borrow your neighbor's old phone and plug it in and try?

A few clarifications from users here. How do I get the followings?

2. Unifi e mail?

3. What is on-line guard, i shield and infoblast? How do I know if it is activated?

Thanks all for clarifying.

After payment towards the end, when appeared on the screen stating 'Connecting to bank payment gateway' screen it does not move even after half an hour.......just the circle around the TM logo moves only ......

So I manage to add the port mapping to LAN Port 2 of PPPOE for the HG655a and tried to connect 2 routers with different unifi accounts and it was successful but one big problem they both seems to be sharing the same speed of 5mbps... i did couple of speedtest together at the same time on both line and the result was around 2-3mbps for both router during the same time...
so maybe they have limited the speed on the VLAN ID to the subscription speed but the VDSL status shows the attainable rate to be around 70Mbps+++
BTW: this is the warning i was talking about:

My bet is VDSL port is assigned with 5M speed profile for HSI regardless the attainable rate are much higher

Depends. Most of time the DIR and also TM own router.
Anyway if you are not happy with the router there are many entry level and also high end router model available as replacement.

don think this one correct bro
the contract is FIRST 2 year... meaning after that just keep it if u terminate NO PENALTY.. so the bind part is FIRST two years only... later u can stop it anytime (no renew contract means NOT another two year time)....if u continue just continue...

Hypptv running on different VLAN which is with different speed profile

If you see your modem sync at 35Mbps Downstream /25 Mbps Upstream

Hypptv is 10Mbps from 35 biggrin.gif

You can check by installing PRTG and set SNMP at your router and you can see total bandwidth used for each vlan biggrin.gif

Here one of the screenshot I've made to test HyppTV channel bandwidth, you can see the increase of bandwidth its due to changing from SD channel (Around 3Mbps) to HD channel biggrin.gif

I have a question to ask;

Currently I'm using Streamyx 4mbps with monthly charge
of RM140.

Thinking to upgrade to UniFi VIP 5 with RM149 monthly.

That's just RM9 with +1mbps in speed.

So my question is, is it possible to transfer my number
that I'm using right now from streamyx to unifi?
Or must I apply for new tel no?

Thank You.

Is it possible to ask a TM Unifi technician to see if there's any extra charge incurred that will happen during installation before asking them to install? ( eg.the wire is longer than 15m..)
