i thought 1st month free.. but only after a week using unifi i've got email for this month bil. it's rm47+/-

when call they explain that's the charge for activating fee and whatsoever fee... only rm149 don't need to pay for 1st month..

before subscribing i called and asked.. they said no need to pay anything for the 1st month.. now said like this..

does this happened to anyone else..

haishh... i've asked before they said no payment whatsoever...
i don't mind paying but they should told the truth...

yesterday i tried downloading software & songs, the average is 300 - 400kbps only..
i'm using vip5 and my speed test shows download& upload speed is about 4.7mbps..
is there any setting need to be done..?? does my reuter capped the speed..?? i'm not tech savy..
i red the unifi handbook but i'm dont really understand it..

Currently using TM networks L7-N-R2000 with lan cable to my pc..

actually i just try downloading song. it's only 2-3mb.. it takes almost a minute..
it's fast but not fast as it should be..
can anyone confirm it's the router.??

i've googled but can't find any complaint as my reuter is new one..
all complaint i found is in the previous router..
