Just got some info from my friend who own a unit at PV15 .

Management has set a new rule , to prevent overflow on swimming pool & Gym

RM25/person/year require , need to apply access card with the person photo ,
only can enjoy the facility swimming pool & gym .
* My friend hav complaint with management , mangement reply that they need RM3000/month to maintain the swimming pool & gymnasium sweat.gif
* Only the person with photo face can enter to use Swimming pool & Gym

i was like WTF rule is this .
If let's say my relative children come visit me on weekend & they can't even use the swimming pool ?

*Currently maintenance fees is RM230/month/unit

lots of high density condo facing these problem NOW. More so going forward.

i think it is a reasonable rules. 25/year is not that much.

eaxample , parking in downtown one day already 30 per day.

u should thanks ur condo mgmt. at least they are doing something.

rules like this....it will become industries normal policy soon in KV

if they wanna avoid outsider to swim inside swimming pool , easy ,
make a application form at mangement office , whoever wanna swimming , show your owner access card , and write down how many person you will bring .

it's easy to avoid overflow & outsider swimming & use the facility in gym room .

So right now owner of houses can't even bring outsider (relative) to enjoy the swimming pool ? it's ridiculous , i don't see any others condominium do so too .

not very sure.

one must be very familiar with this place.

but it has become very hugh density already with so many pv.

basically. overflow during weekend already very usual with 800 units new condo.

If I am an owner of this condo, I would be very piss off if I need to pay another RM25 just to use the swimming pool. I believe this is another way to squeeze more money from the owners.

They can set rules to swimming pool easily without the need of owner to pay this RM25. For me this is totally unacceptable.

for ur info, PV 13 also doing the same... neeed to show the access card with pic which cost RM25 (RM20 deposit which is refundable & RM5 admin fee) for 1st year and subsequent year RM5 (admin fee).

but last time the security was not so strict & don't insist on seeing access card. now I don't know bcos I have 2 to 3 months didn't go gym & swim...hehe

Would like to check why sometimes SA refer PV17 as PV7? The naming of the project a bit confusing...

Wondering is apartment over supply in Setapak?! Seems too many condo/ apartments in Setapak...Newly completed Setapak Green and coming soon 222 & 228 residency... Still worth to invest on this PV 17?

no worry, still many demand bcos nowadays setapak not oni occupied by TAR College students but also Middle East & BLACK!!!!! I'm not kidding, if u go PV13, u can see how many BLACK there....but PV13 consider ok already bcos if u go the 3 old condo next to SRJK Chong Hwa at Jalan Pahang, Setapak, u will think that u are at Africa... icon_idea.gif
