Wondering is apartment over supply in Setapak?! Seems too many condo/ apartments in Setapak...Newly completed Setapak Green and coming soon 222 & 228 residency... Still worth to invest on this PV 17?

Should call up purchaser to confirm units by next month or latest by October. Price won't change |
