Price dropping and getting cheaper over here now. 883sqft unit. From 256K. Sold at 288K. Good catch?  |

Not worth to invest in PV21. Main entrance will be congested during school hours. Too many condos being built in the area, new condos with better facilities. Supply will exceed demand. Also the developer is very old fashioned and lacks new ideas. Same old design repeated over and over again.
