it's rm410 psf to be exact.
so far i know there will be no discount, DIBS but free S&P .

so... is 410psf for a basic unit without freebies an acceptable pricing for such location?
need to gauge market response lah.

ewww... I stayed in one of the PV condo

the wall paint = cap ayam
lift = easy broken
many shoe thief
many student make condo as hostel & fake access card
pent house were convert into many rooms to rent
outside condo got many ppl park at the road curb... road become congested

Bottom will be shopping center (Small shopping center with 1 floor only)
2nd ~ 9th floor is car park ,
2nd 3rd floor is for public/outsider car park
4th~9th floor is for resident car park

1st things u have to remember , if your car park is locate at 8th/9th floor .
congrat u gonna spend more time in car park daily =D

Most probably it's a small shopping center (1 floor only)
can't really compete with festival city mall .

btw one more selling point is , foot step to new Giant

carpark at 8th/9th floor is quite common in today condos especially in klcc area.
land is limited so developers have to build upwards.

actually it is not that bad, distance is less than 500m

i don't actually like the concept of having to pay rm410psf unit with commercial rate utility bill but without a proper shopping mall below. I think the shops will be hard to survive.
